Essential additions for the best experience:
Strengthen your intimate muscles with this heavy-duty sex toy! Simple yet great, although a bit heavy, so don't start intimate exercises with this!
Why should you use it?
- Strengthens vaginal and pelvic muscles - when used with the right exercises and regularly
- Can create a tighter vagina
- Helps with incontinence issues
- Speeds up post-pregnancy recovery
- Enables more intense orgasms
- Silicone connector is easy to keep clean
- Also, if used secretly during the day at work or while shopping and practicing gripping and releasing exercises, it can provide pleasurable sensations, and even reduce stress!
What makes it great?
- Solid aluminum material - the cold metal provides sensory excitement
- Silicone connector - for safe removal and easy cleaning
- Ring-assisted metal extractor - comfortably use with finger insertion
- 100% waterproof (no electric parts) - usable in bath or shower
- Heavy design offers challenges even for advanced users
Important considerations:
- Thoroughly clean before and after each use
- No internal massage balls
Usage TIP:
When inserting the kegel ball into the vagina, place it in the first third of your vaginal canal. Do not push it as far as a tampon, as that only puts unnecessary pressure on your internal organs.
Try to keep the kegel ball inside by tightening your pelvic floor muscles! Hold it briefly, then release. It's best to perform kegel exercises lying down.
Don't overdo the exercise in terms of time or frequency.
Initially, perform this exercise twice daily for ten to fifteen minutes, and results are usually noticeable in two weeks.
Once retaining a ball is easy, try moving your vaginal muscles to move the ball forward and backward.
